...it’s not enough to put it out on a plate and press the shutter. It demands an appreciation of the product, and an understanding of the preparation process and, most importantly, the ability to make it look mouth-wateringly appetising. I’ve worked for Vittles Desserts, shooting ingredients, factory production, the finished products, serving suggestions etc. for use on their website, brochures, advertising and exhibitions.
